The Bioinformatics Student Perspective
Oksana Korol Bioinformatics program at the University of Ottawa first appealed to me for its collaborative nature, which would ensure easy access to the knowledge and resources of both University of Ottawa and Carleton University. The fact that it is situated in the national capital – the center for bioinformatics and biomedical research was also a great advantage. Once I have started the program I was impressed by the resources and the support the University provides - from the cutting edge equipment to the very helpful and knowledgeable faculty. |

Manon Ragonnet With lectures from a variety of first-class researchers on the topic they are most passionate about, the Bioinformatics program has expanded my interests in ways I had not foreseen.
